First sketch of the rooftop level.

Polished version of the above design, made in Excel.
These level designs are made with the stealth action genre in mind: money and rewards in hard-to-reach places, plenty of visibility on enemy positions, and hiding spots are abundant.
The scenario is a covert bank heist - the player must navigate the rooftops to break and enter the bank (to the lower left) via the roof, due to tighter security on the ground floor. A helicopter flies around the bank building, to surprise players. The right-most building is intended to be a rooftop garden, with bushes and vegetation to hide in. The top-centre building is a series of attached houses, each with their own chimneys to hide behind from the patrolling guard.
